This year the Connecticut Apartment Association's (CTAA) Maintenance Mania was held at JP Maguire's main office located at 266 Brookside Road, Waterbury, CT. On April 25, 2013 over 100 competitors and spectators participated in 8 separate events and the overall winner was eligible to qualify for an all expense paid trip to compete against other regional winners.
